Welcome to Compass
The Symantec Compass Opportunity Mapping (Compass) is a visual navigation tool that allows partners to optimize sales opportunities for cross selling, upselling and reselling. Compass provides a roadmap or natural linkage between products to allow partners to link and display detailed features, benefits and product information for linked products.
How to use Compass
  1. Select language from top of page
  2. Select product from menu
  3. Use compass to choose a destination

Navigation
Use your mouse to roll over the specific areas of Compass and then click to go to your desired Destination. Once in a Destination, you may use the smaller Compass to navigate to other Destinations within that selected product. You may also use the Select Product button at the top left to set another product in the center of Compass.

Benefits

Compass is designed to increase a partner's understanding of the products in the Symantec Solutions for Windows campaign and related sales opportunities. Compass provides partners with the information and knowledge to effectively position, promote and sell Symantec security and availability products and services.
Partners may use Compass to visually link products to provide:
  • Cross Selling of specified products
  • Upsell for other products or services
  • Resell Support & Maintenance Services (extended agreements and renewals)
  • Access, link or download of collateral, tools, demos and other selling materials
  • Read about current promotions and/or events
